Veterinary Consulting Corporation was formed in 1992 as a result of the demand for quality management consultants for the veterinary, biotechnology, and animal health industry. The company was the first one incorporated at the University of Florida Biotechnology Institute for Technology Transfer's BioBusiness Incubator. Our Chairman of the Board, Dr. Joseph A. Manda III was the designer, Principal Investigator for the Construction Grant, and Project Manager for the Sid Martin BioBusiness Incubator facility. Having grown out of the incubator facility in 1993, Veterinary Consulting Corporation now has offices in Los Angeles, CA and Guangzhou, China.

Our company focuses on many segments of the animal health and biotechnology market. Veterinary Consulting Corporation was a charter member of the Veterinary Consultants Network and is a charter member of the American Association of Veterinary Practice Managers and Consultants, as well as the American Veterinary Medical Law Association.
